A running event in Paris
Nike has been commited for years to build an active community of runners all around the world. To further federate the community of ladies running in the french capital, Nike asked FatCap to create an interactive experience around the “We own the night” nightly 10k race.
The choice of a distributable wall
We commissioned french artist Shadow to create a custom installation out of wood, that could be partly painted during the event. We also wanted the wall to be distributable, as it is a great way to engage with an audience and involve participants in the art process.
The piece was mostly created in the artist’s studio, then shipped to the event location. The artist could finish up details, so the audience would see the result come to life before their eyes.
